At RAIMENT our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased item to RAIMENT provided that your return meets all of the requirements below. We will gladly issue credit for the full purchase amount and taxes if applicable, excluding Shipping and Handling Charges.

1. Complete Return form (Download here), include with item(s) for return, and specify reason for return.
2. All returns need to be shipped to:

3. Your purchased item(s) must be returned to RAIMENT within Fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery. After fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery, no returns are allowed.
4. Claims for damaged and/or missing item(s): notification must be received within two (2) business days of delivery by calling our Customer Service Department at

6. Unless all of the above six (5) requirements are met, RAIMENT reserves the right to refuse any return and request for credit.
7. Please allow up to Fifteen (15) working days, upon receipt of product, for RAIMENT to process the refund which will be applied to the original form of payment.
